Have any of you seen even ordinary Chinese women from their cities (not country side farm laborers)in real life?
Their skin is usually like porcelain, absolutely flawless and you can’t make out their age, mother and grown up daughter appear to be of the same age for decades.

British had built 53000 KMs of Railway tracks till 1947. So British had done most of the good work even before we were independent !!
Then came the holy rule of CON-crass and till late 90′s we had added 9000 KMs to the existing 53000 KMs i.e. in almost 50 years we added 9000 KMs. And this is the situation not only in rails but also in other parts of infrastructure including ROADs. From Aiyyash Nehru to Italian Christian Convert Rahul all are interested in building their personal wealth.
After the CON-crass took the reins of our nation it started the loot. and the Italian desendents continue to do that.

british built the railways ,not because they loved the indians; but bcos they had to have a transportaion system to get the raw materials thay got cheap here to send it to england, process it there and sell it back to the indians at a fortune.

I don’t understand why this sick woman Mamta Banerjee wanted Railways when she is least interested in that portfolio. We should all pray that she becomes CM of Kolkata as early as possible and hopefully she will vacate this ministry and a more competent person occupy it. Our railways reek of corruption, apathy & utter public disregard. This is extremely sad to see the neglect of our transport sector which is an important nerve center of our economy.

The first two photographs you have given is enough to compare Indian and Chinese system. here it is full of corruption and people are used to or ready to adjust to any problems. We are always been silent spectators of the corruptions and other ingenious activities of our dirty politicians. India cannot compete with China now or any time.

HSR will be introduced in india after it is successfully introduced & operated in usa. presently usa has called tenders for new york-chicago & los angeles-las vegas routes for HSR services.once india get usa’s green signal tenders will be called, in which american companies can participate. if tenders are called in india today,chinese,japanese,french & german companies will be eligible only, as american companies do not have the experitise of executing HSR services.this is reason dr mms is not allowing india to introduce HSR services.

When rediff compares India with other countries, we could take the excuse of population. Rediff please do not put us in a jinx by comparing us against China as we cannot take recourses to population excuse (at least for the next 10 years).
Yes there is one area where we can take an excuse and that word is DEMOCRACY. While Indian population has the right to write on this forum, the political bosses and their administrative babus have all the right to implement impractical ideas. Of course who is going to implement this in India – it is the Government staff who if they work for 1 hr in a day, think that they have made enormous service to the nation.
The threat of privatization and sack if you do not perform can only save this nation. The best example – BSNL.

The fastest GROWING population in states of already heavily populated UP/Bihar are source of strength in India.
The per couple fertility
India Average 2.7
We reward the irresponsible population growth in UP/Bihar by more political power and unlimited right to migrate to Maharashtra. How dare Marathis be responsible and control population? They must be punished.
So more trains are planned to deposit people from UP/Bihar into Mumbai and Pune and all through the Konkan. Good Job.
Meanwhile China follows a one child policy throughout the country.

Same blame game starts Politics,religion,caste,corruption,reservation,etc.When can we put all this behind and focus on making India ahead of china by say 2025? Can we ndians work towards that? Feel jealous of Chinese progress in all areas

Our country should immediately adopt the techniques of the Chiense to have big strides in the growth path of our economy for all round devleopment. Our Railways can plan utilisation of solar energy and try to produce enery with suitable equipment attached to the moving wheels. Battery operation also can be thought of so that there will be minimal running cost.
Also we can learn from China…

In China irrespective of religion you can keep only Chines name for new born babies…
Aged above 60 only are allowed to go for Hajj Pilgrim because they think young people are brain washed in Saudi and will be sent back to China for terror activities, where as in India government spent around 5000 crores for Hajj yathra…
Once India start fallowing the above principals in Inida then every thing will come in order…

As long as there is a minister for railways we will never improve.The ministers are too partisan and are not qualified nor do have the vision to take our railways to new heights. We still throw sh@@i@t on the tracks.
